In a nutshell
As a Product Manager you will be delivering our Central Laboratory Information Management System product roadmap.
Where will you be based and what business will you support
Based in Dublin Ireland; you will join our globally distributed Clinical LIMS Europe Program that will extensively be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe.
Eurofins endeavours to develop all of our software applications inhouse to service and support our numerous laboratories globally. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed every day the laboratories of the Eurofins clinical diagnostic services business line strive to ensure that every patient wherever he or she lives has access to the most specialized and most innovative techniques for diagnosis monitoring and therapeutic decisions. Such activities require extensive planning and organisation which can be augmented by the use of technology.
How can you help us
You will:
- Lead and mentor up to 5 other Product Owners and Business Analysts;
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog;
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure theyre clearly understood by relevant teams;
- Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy;
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals;
- Lead the productrelease plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities;
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally sharing knowledge and answering questions.

Qualifications :
Are you our kind of extraordinary
You have
- 7 years of experience in IT product development;
- Working Knowledge of Azure DevOps Services Trello or JIRA;
- Indepth knowledge of agile methodology for project management;
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions;
- Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills;
- Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills;
- The ability to understand and report KPIs to program and business leaders;
- The ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders;
- The ability to contribute to survey delivery and respond to feedback;
- Agile Scrum Scaled Agile (SAFe) ATDD UML or BPMN experience and proficiency in defining marketing strategies;
- A Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in related discipline.
You are:
- A strong communicator while you interface with multiple stakeholders;
- Able to identify issues escalate and propose solutions while capturing and understanding all relevant details.
- Target oriented and professional.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
What else should I know
The following skills are an advantage:
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology;
- PMP and related certifications.
