As a Senior Product Manager for Messaging Platform and Ecosystem you will define and deliver the future of LinkedIn Messaging. Your role involves working crossfunctionally across LinkedIns ecosystem to understand diverse needs drive innovation and build platform products that enhance both member and internal experiences. A typical day might include collaborating with engineering teams to define cuttingedge agentic capabilities partnering with other product teams to align messaging solutions across business lines and synthesizing insights to prioritize new features. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for LinkedIns Messaging Platform ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and business partners to build scalable solutions that meet the needs of LinkedIns diverse customers.
- Drive the development and integration of agent experiences enabling LinkedIn members and teams to interact with advanced AIpowered messaging capabilities.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure deep technical alignment and deliver platform enhancements with high reliability and performance.
- Continuously evaluate platform performance identify improvement opportunities and prioritize investments for longterm growth and impact.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of product management experience
- MS degree in a technologyrelated field
- Proven experience launching and managing consumer platform products with measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of consumer product development including user behavior engagement and retention strategies.
- Strong technical foundation and ability to collaborate with engineering teams including familiarity with AIdriven technologies and their application to messaging platforms.
- Exceptional crossfunctional leadership skills with a track record of driving alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.

The pay range for this role is $146000 to $238000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus stock benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
