We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Training Specialist to develop and deliver engaging training programs for individuals with minimal to zero prior dental background.

Whats in it for you (Responsibilities)
- Design and Develop: Create comprehensive training programs tailored for new hires with little to no dental experience. Your goal is to build a strong foundation in dental concepts and practices.
- Create Engaging Materials: Develop informative and interactive training materials including presentations handouts and online modules that captivate and educate.
- Deliver Training: Lead interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional methods to ensure clear understanding of dental concepts procedures and dynamics.
- HandsOn Training: Provide practical demonstrations and handson training to reinforce learning and build practical skills.
- Assess and Evaluate: Conduct assessments to measure trainee progress offering constructive feedback to guide their improvement.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team leads and other departments to identify training needs update curriculum content and enhance program effectiveness.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest dental practices and technologies to integrate cuttingedge information into training programs.
Qualifications :
Are you the one were looking for
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in training and development specifically in DENTAL setting.
- Training Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with trainees from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for Dentistry: A genuine interest in dentistry and a desire to impart knowledge to others.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy.

Additional Information :
Work setup: Full onsite Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule: Based on business needscandidates must be open to working flexible shifts including days or nights.
