Job Description

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive business growth by finding and qualifying new leads for a leadership development platform. Youll connect with potential customers through calls emails and social media set up appointments for the sales team and play a key role in building the sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity to grow your sales career with the potential to move into a closing role You will receive training access to great tools to ensure success. 

What Youll Do:

  • Find and qualify leads through inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Research target accounts to understand their needs and identify key decisionmakers.
  • Execute cold calling email campaigns and social media campaigns to connect with potential customers.
  • Set up appointments for Account Executives and track your activity in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and improve results.
  • Meet and exceed activity goals like calls emails and qualified leads.

Qualifications :

  • 13 years of sales experience preferably SaaS/tech sales industry experience.  
  • Proven experience in highvolume sales consistently making a minimum of 100 cold calls per day.
  • English proficiency is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially over the phone and via email.
  • Experience with CRM systems (like GoHighLevel) and sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
  • Must have reliable fast internet access. 
  • Excited to work in an environment similar to a startup you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid highgrowth environment.
