At Allegro we create mobile applications build tools that facilitate posting presenting and searching for listings we develop components related to the purchasing process payments the billing process and fees as well as dispatching and tracking of parcels. We design content and advertisement management tools and for the purpose of analytics we create and maintain data structures to support business teams with information.

We are looking for people who:

• Are experts in software development and architecture

• Are able and willing to take care of the team have excellent communication skills and value the approach of servant leadership

• Have ability to manage and built relationship in a team are not afraid of taking tough decisions

• Are able to listen motivate providing constructive feedback and choose adequate development efforts for their team

• Have experience in leading teams working in agile methodologies

• Are able to work closely with business are able to combine technical and business issues

• Have a strong programming foundation: Youre proficient in Java and/or Kotlin and you can apply your coding skills to develop custom solutions automate tasks and integrate with existing systems.

• Have database skills: Youre comfortable working with various databases like Postgres MySQL MongoDB and Redis and you can use this knowledge to monitor database performance and health.

• Have basic Ops skills: You have basic skills in Puppet and writing scripts (bash Python Go) and can apply it in practice to automate hosts management and monitoring.

• Value engineering best practices: You advocate for clean code code review TDD and CI/CD to ensure the quality and maintainability.

• Thrive in a collaborative environment: Youre a team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Youre eager to share your knowledge and learn from others. You are comfortable collaborating closely with other teams and exploring new technologies.
