Job Description
As a People Business Partner you will strategically align business goals with people management while acting as a trusted advisor to management clients and employees. You will oversee employee relations performance management talent development and workforce planning while ensuring HR compliance operational excellence and a thriving workplace culture that supports business growth and employee success.
Job Overview
Shift: Day Shift; 8 AM 4 PM
Work Setup: Hybrid (Skopje)
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to management employees and clients.
- Provide guidance on HR policies workforce planning and organizational structure.
- Manage employee relations engagement and retention programs.
- Lead performance management processes including reviews promotions and salary adjustments.
- Facilitate career development and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee discipline investigations and policy enforcement.
- Lead and implement HRrelated projects and process improvements.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree and at least 3 years of relevant HR experience in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws compliance and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently adapt to change and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
