Software License Administrator

In a nutshell

Eurofins Software Asset Management team manages the key software contracts for the Eurofins network of companies. The team is responsible for daytoday administration of key software contracts software license provisioning software compliance and vendor relationship management.

To strengthen the Software Asset Management team we are looking for a Software License Administrator.

How can you help us 

In this role you will be responsible for handling incoming license requests from our internal stakeholders by either provisioning the correct licenses or referring the request to one of our product specialists. If necessary you will place additional license orders with our key software suppliers.

In addition you will ensure an accurate inventory of licenses in our Software Asset Management tool.

As a Software License Administrator you will support various reporting cycles such as license demand analysis internal cost rebilling and software budget planning.

You will also regularly analyse and report on the license position of key software manufacturers (Microsoft VMware Citrix Adobe Red Hat etc..

Qualifications :

We are looking for a fastlearner and a teamplayer with good communication skills and a problemsolving approach.

The candidate must have a Bachelors or Masters degree (or similar educational background) and an affinity with IT demonstrated by studies or previous experience. Good knowledge of MS office products (particularly Excel) is needed.

As we work in an international environment a good written and spoken knowledge of English is required.

Initial experience in license management or similar field is beneficial but not a must.
