About the Role:

• Position: FullTime Days or Nights
• Responsibilities:
  
  • Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans based on physician orders and best practices.
  • Create and implement educational plans for patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain professional relationships with medical staff administrative personnel and ancillary departments.
  • Provide leadership in the absence of the Director or CNO ensuring smooth unit operations.
  • Utilize EMR for effective communication and documentation.
  • Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours with varying days.

Requirements:

• Current MS RN license
• Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
