We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients team in London. This role involves providing highquality pharmaceutical care and services ensuring the safe and effective use of medications and contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of clients.
What will your responsibilities be:
The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for managing medication regimens conducting clinical reviews and providing expert advice on pharmaceutical matters. This role includes collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and participating in clinical audits. The pharmacist will also be involved in educating clients about their medications supporting the development of pharmacy services and maintaining accurate records.
