Who we are:
DeepCreekVeterinary Hospitalin Chesapeake Virginia is looking for a fulltime or parttime veterinarian to join our growing 4doctor practice!We are a fullservice companion animal practice that provides excellent service to canines and felines. Our practice has provided care to pets in our community for 28 years!
More about DCVH:
- We offer a complete array of services including medicine surgery boarding and grooming.
- We recently purchased a new stateoftheart Inovadent Complete Dental cart and we have more updates in the works!
- Our facility includes InHouse Idexx lab equipment Urinalysis (Sediview) and digital radiography.
- Most of our staff have been with us for 10 years and enjoy hiking mud runs bowling karaoke etc. together.
- We have 3 exam rooms and typically have 2 assistants per doctor as well as a dedicated lab and treatment assistant.
- We provide the highest standard of care to our clients and patients with 30 minute appointments.
- Fear Free Certified with technician support.
- Interested in exotics While our primary focus is on small animals we occasionally see exotic pets offering a great opportunity for those who enjoy working with them!
Veterinarian role:
- We are looking for the right individual to join our dynamic and compassionate team.
- New graduates or experienced doctors are welcome to apply!
- We offer a mentorship program to new grads and growth opportunities for all our doctors.
- A strong interest (mentorship opportunity) or experience in general medicine and surgery is preferred!
- Our doctors have a flexible schedule including working 4 days a week and rotating Saturday shifts.
- We do not have any afterhours or oncall requirements.
