Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our growing FP&A department at Integrity Marketing Group. The FP&A Manager will be part of the Shared Services FP&A team and will support all aspects of financial planning and analysis forecasting budgeting and management reporting for Integrity. This position reports to the Director Financial Planning & Analysis.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist the FP&A Director in leading core financial processes related to Forecasting Budgeting Long Range Planning Financial Reporting and Analysis.
- Enhance KPI reporting and root cause trends in KPIs.
- Maintain enhance and contribute to continuous improvement of the FP&A reporting & modelling tool OneStream.
- Provide financial and strategic support to senior management and business unit leadership including preparing financial presentations and other projects.
- Support executive reporting and the related periodend discussions with business leaders
- Work crossfunctionally:
- Accounting team on variance analysis and monthly reporting.
- Sales operations on revenue modelling and tracking.
- People and Culture teams on headcount metrics and recruiting.
- Department leaders on budgeting and forecast updates from prior months results
- Develop business cases scenario analyses and financial models as needed
- Contribute to initiatives to define and improve planning processes drive automation and streamline deliverables.
- Compare actual results with forecasted/budgeted to analyze and identify risks and opportunities.
- Perform adhoc business analysis for leadership team to further inform business decisions.
- Support financial due diligence process for related to potential future M&A
- Enhance weekly/monthly cashflow forecast process
- Assist and support in special project and ad hoc reporting requests from leadership
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance or Economics.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial analysis type field.
- High proficiency with Excel to work efficiently with large amounts of data from multiple sources.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing a team of financial professionals.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence coupled with a profound enthusiasm for instructing and mentoring individuals.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail.
- Insurance brokerage experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with OneStream and NetSuite is a plus.
- Highly motivated problem solver with the ability to think critically.
- Selfstarter with an innate curiosity and drive to understand the insurance industry environment.
- Resultsoriented and selfdirected able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Crossfunctional collaboration skills to promote alignment across the organization.
- High standards of accuracy and precision with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written verbal quantitative and presentation skills; collaborative and organized.
- Ability to work inoffice full time.
