Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury hotel in California and looking for a bilingual hotel Human Resource Director.
The Work:
Lead by example at all levels of
Manage develop and train the HR team
Create and manage all HR functions including: Compensation & Benefits Training & Development Employee Relations and Recruiting
Relationship building with all departments
Organizational Development
Additional responsibilities are required
What youve already done (requirements):
Luxury/upscale hotel experience required
6 years of experience as Director of Human Resource with a luxury/upscale fullservice brand hotel
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
Thinks critically and objectively; has excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions based on business demands
Has a passion for hospitality demonstrated by a progressive hotel career
Developed interpersonal adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
Technology and social media savvy
Involvement with the HR community and knowledgeable of HR practices and procedures
Team player with the ability to multitask
Excellence in business ethics and integrity
B.A. Degree
HR Certifications preferred
Compensation:
Yearly salary base range of 155k 175k
