Overview
Job Skills / Requirements
- As Lobby concierge it is our duty to welcome potential residents guests and visitors as they arrive.
- Greeting each person upon arrival is mandatory.
- Notate any issues or information throughout the work shift in a DAR; read any pass downs logs or emails.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers residents and guests.
- Coordinate deliveries to and from units if need be.
- Answer telephones or address people who enter the lobby. Answer questions provide information and assist in accordance with rules regulations and company policies.
- Monitor lobby activity along with the perimeter of the establishment.
- Must be Computer Savvy able to look up and find access information.
- Must ALWAYS possess a friendly and bright demeanor while on shift.
