Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced General Manager Finance to join their corporate offices in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on technical accounting in line with IFRS standards.
- Develop frameworks to maintain ethical legal and regulatory compliance.
- Lead largescale business improvement initiatives and drive efficiency within the Finance Department.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Board EXCO and auditors.
- Support the development and of governance policies financial controls and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Postgraduate Degree in Accounting
- Professional Certification as a Chartered Accountant
- 10 years in Financial Reporting Governance or Technical Accounting roles
- 2 years in a Mining environment
