Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams to define and implement subscription metrics design reports and deliver technical requirements for enterprisewide reporting platforms. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in defining subscription metrics and work with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Develop and manage project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their reporting needs and design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage technical requirements for reporting crossfunctionally including data mapping data quality data governance and documentation.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Sciences or related field.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management focus on finance systems or reporting a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS reporting principles and best practices.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects across the enterprise simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The annual base pay for this position is: $119293.00 $178939.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience geographic locations and market conditions as well as to reflect F5s differing products industries and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
