Value Stream Mapping : Experienced in designing implementing and optimizing Value Streams to enhance the flow of value across the organization and align teams with business objectives.
HP is seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to drive effective ways of working across our rapidly growing Print organization. This role is part of the ADAPT Strategic Program leading the transformation across multiple geographies and technologies. As HPs services and solutions businesses expand this position will play a critical role in evolving our practices to meet the demands of a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
HP is seeking a highly skilled SAFe Agile Coach (SPC 6.0 or 5.X certified) to lead and scale Agile practices across its global Print organization. This dynamic role involves defining and implementing HPs Agile strategy and business agility roadmap to enable internal customers to achieve their goals. The Agile Coach will train teams on Agile principles coach individuals and teams toward improved ways of working and foster collaboration across departments including software development testing program management and support. With exceptional leadership communication and problemsolving skills the ideal candidate will influence cultural change promote innovation and drive continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to shape HPs future by enabling agility at scale while fostering psychological safety and building strong relationships across the organization.
