Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families Thornwell is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead and support our Teaching Parents ensuring quality care and services for the youth in our residential program. Key Responsibilities:- Provide coaching training and supervision for Teaching Parents.
- Ensure program integrity and fidelity to evidencebased best practices.
- Conduct evaluations oversee administrative tasks and monitor compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in admissions treatment team meetings and other clientrelated conferences.
- Maintain thorough documentation within Thornwells Electronic Health Records system.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet program needs including oncall availability.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in a human servicesrelated field (e.g. psychology social work child and family development); a Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Supervisory experience 2 years preferred).
- Ability to engage in strengthsbased coaching and reflective supervision.
- Strong administrative leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a DSS background screening.
