Required Skills and Abilities:
Experience in driving global cross functional programs in the insurance industry and international environment coupled with other relevant experience.
Excellent people management skills and experience in managing large scale teams/pools of resources.
Significant experience in consulting roles equipped with a broad set of tools and techniques for status assessments solutioning visualization and implementation of various business problems. Experienced and composed presenter and facilitator for workshops forums interviews and other business interactions. Maintain and promote a consultancy background and always drive for highest quality output.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Excellent analytical conceptual and problemsolving skills and creative mindset complemented with excellent social/collaboration skills.
Excellent organizational skills communication and presentation skills. Experience in communicating with Clevel suite.
Excellent business acumen coupled with technology knowledge and expertise in software development life cycle.
Prior experience in working in Agile environments.
PROSCI and or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Business Solution Design & Delivery Lead

As AXA XL continues to invest in its endtoend capabilities the Head of Business Solution Design & Delivery will oversee a pool of 2025 Business Solution Design and Delivery colleagues. These Business Solution Design and Delivery colleagues are supporting projects in the solution design based on the E2E knowledge of processes and systems and partners with the program managers on the rollout of initiatives.

What will your essential responsibilities include
Will own the daytoday aspects of people management covering hiring onboarding development performance management and support of individual team members. Further the HR administration including time tracking holiday tracking performance tracking input in compensation recommendations is part of the role.
Ensure a solid team structure and team bonding is achieved for your sub team. Allow knowledge transfer between colleagues from different practices in order to broaden the skillset and expertise of the individual team members.
Will oversee the successful engagement of the Business Solution Design and Delivery sub team you are responsible for on the various projects by providing guidance on approach and oversight of deliveries.
Ensure identification of methodology training needs of various services provided by BSDD across the pool of resources. Ensure consistency and quality of standards and documentation across programs and areas. Foster a learning environment by sharing best practices and lessons learned across team members.
Drive ongoing stakeholder engagement to obtain feedback on program and performance of your team members. Take actions as needed.
Manage external resources from Vendor process onboarding performance and delivery tracking to time tracking and invoicing process.
Identifying business solutions to various problems through workshops and interviews conducting analyses and documenting deliverables manage Csuite level stakeholders to drive the best business outcome.
Defining and documenting target designs and outcomes for strategic business decisions.
Applying change management tools and methodologies to drive adoption to enable full benefit realization.
Providing product ownership expertise.
Defining processes for continuous improvement.
Acting as a Business Advisor and ensure stellar quality in deliverables and documentation.
Develop close relationship with key business stakeholder of your project which allows you to act as thought partner and dare to challenge to achieve the optimum business outcome.
Understand interdependencies between different change initiatives and manage them proactively. Own the oversight of multiple change initiatives and develop a holistic change strategy which is targeted to your key stakeholder community.
Provide guidance / assistance to other key team members assigned to a development role / opportunity.
The candidate will be expected to selfdirectedly identify and deliver solutions on large cross functional programs. Coordination and program wide leadership within BSDD deliverables and effective stakeholder management is a key component for a successful delivery of this role.
You will report to Head of Business Solution Design and Delivery.
