Job Description
- POSITION SUMMARY
- The LPN II Preadmission Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. Participation in performance improvement inservice safety and cost management is ongoing. Responsible for preoperative interviews and pre/postoperative teaching screening and chart documentation/preparation.

- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
- Current or temporary LPN license in ND or compact LPN licensure.
- BLS certification required within orientation period.
- Current or temporary LPN license in ND or compact LPN licensure.
- Educational Requirements
- LPN program as evidenced by licensure.
- Official diploma or transcript from the school/university from where Degree was received.
- LPN program as evidenced by licensure.
- Experience Requirements
- Hospital experience is preferred but not required.

- Special Skills or Training Requirements
- As required by specific units.
