Job Title: Market Research Analyst (Fresher)
Lead & Market Research:
- Conduct research to define and segment the ideal target audience for marketing and sales campaigns.
- Build manage and update a structured leads database to be used for various business verticals.
- Utilize the lead database for ongoing and future campaigns ensuring data accuracy and timely availability.
Existing Customer Data Management:
- Maintain and update existing customer data ensuring all interactions are recorded in the CRM.
- Conduct feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction and gather insights for service improvement.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities based on customer needs and update them in CRM.
CRM & Sales Support:
- Manage CRM automation and ensure seamless data flow for sales activities.
- Assist the inside sales team by providing timely data insights and lead lists for prospecting.
