We are hiring for Recruiter /Talent Acquisition Position (NON IT Recruitment).

About Client Our clientisanunlistedprivatecompanyincorporatedon 08 May 1997.It is classified as a private limited company and is located in Kancheepuram Tamil Nadu.

Location Bangalore

Its a project based requirement. Contract tenure will depend on project need.

Job Summary:

The Implant Recruiter is responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process working onsite at the clients location. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers understanding their staffing needs and sourcing screening and selecting the best candidates to fulfill those needs.

It is an target driven job will be responsible to onboarding 20 to 40 people in next 3 to 5 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding recruitment needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the client on recruitment activities and progress.
    • Managing the employee referral campaign
  • Recruitment Process:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
    • Conduct interviews (telephonic video and inperson) and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with the client for scheduling interviews feedback and offer negotiations.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and analytics to the client.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding recruitment and hiring.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


Requirements

What we need:
  • Education BE/Btech (Mechanical/Electrical) Mandate
  • Mandatory to have similar domain knowledge.
  • Strong understanding on manufacturing requirements an individual from Automobile or Rolling Stock background will be the best fit.
  • Need recruitment experience into manufacturing engineering roles (CTC Level above 10 Lacs). Not required any sales hiring expertise.
  • Min 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience
