Energus facilitates award winning Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes nationally on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and the wider nuclear industry. Energus have over 10 years experience managing Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes across the UK addressing skills shortages across the nuclear industry and ensure a continuous pipeline of talent into the industry.

Together we are looking for a new Senior HR & Employee Experience Advisor to champion our people strategy lead employee engagement and help us continue to be an employer of choice for early careers talent.

Responsibilities include:

Our graduate programmes are more than just a pathway into industrytheyre about building a solid foundation for the leaders of tomorrow. As Senior Advisor youll be central to ensuring our graduates have an outstanding experience from day one.

Youll be the driving force behind:

  • Creating inclusive engaging employee experiences tailored to earlycareer professionals.
  • Overseeing HR operations including performance management employee relations contracts and benefits.
  • Designing onboarding performance management and wellbeing strategies that set talent up for success.
  • Leading offboarding and alumni engagement to capture longterm impact and keep connections strong.
  • Developing the HR systems and frameworks that underpin the full graduate lifecycle.

Were looking for candidates who have:

  • A CIPD qualification in HR
  • A solid understanding of HR policies employment law and best practices.
  • A strategic mindset combined with handson .
  • Passion for employee engagement wellbeing and EDI.
  • Experience working with graduate or apprenticeship programmes (desirable).
  • Confidence in managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external.
