Health Equity Clinical Pharmacist Community Focused
Empower underserved communities through pharmacyled public health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide culturally sensitive medication counseling and education.
- Coordinate mobile clinics health fairs and immunization drives.
- Collaborate with community health workers to address social determinants of health.
Qualifications:
- PharmD and experience in community health preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual pharmacists encouraged to apply.
