Job Description
Clinical Manager ICUOverview:We are seeking a goals oriented department manager to supervise in our ICU. The position will be supervisory position and will include enforcing hospital policies procedures and standards as well as budgetary and fiscal accountability. Special SkillsMust be able to meet deadlines perform duties with high degree of accuracy as well as be a strong leader. This position will also require frequent contact with employees patients and above all Customers. Selfmotivated is a must.Minimum Requirements: Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School or Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Three years relevant clinical nursing experience. Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona. CPR required. ACLS PALS/NRP are required for certain clinical areas. Minimum of three to five years of cardiovascular experience to bedside care of Open heart patients. Preferred Qualifications: Master Degree. Two years management/supervisory CCRN for ICU/CVICU
