Chemours is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide highlevel administrative support to Business Unit (BU) President for our Thermal and Specialized Solutions (TSS) business. This position will be available at the Wilmington DE and report directly to the BU President.

This role requires a detailoriented individual with exceptional organizational skills the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and coordinating travel arrangements including flights accommodations and itineraries for the leadership team.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and other stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate flow of information between departments and executives.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Draft and manage communication on behalf of the executives including emails letters and reports.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems both physical and electronic.
  • Support executive team in special projects research and data analysis as required.
  • Plan and organize executive meetings events and corporate functions.
  • Oversee daytoday office operations including supply management and coordination with facilities.

The following is required for this role:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external partners.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a positive cando attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including staff Board members external partners and other assistants.
  • Ability to effectively manage ambiguity by coping with change making decisions without having the total picture and confidently handling risk.
  • Ability to respond and remain calm in a quickly changing and fastpaced work environment including discerning priorities and scheduling appropriately while being highly tactful and diplomatic.
