- Drive our modern grooming van to appointments in the Baton Rouge area.
- Provide professional grooming services including bathing brushing trimming and styling according to customer preferences and breed standards.
- Ensure pets safety and comfort during the grooming process using gentle handling techniques.
- Conduct thorough assessments of pets coat skin and overall health notifying owners of any concerns.
- Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques and recommend home care products.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming van ensuring equipment and supplies are sanitized.
- Manage appointments efficiently and provide outstanding customer service.
- A love for animals!
- Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with expertise in various grooming techniques breedspecific cuts and coat types.
- Grooming license for any areas we service (required).
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to handle pets of all sizes breeds and temperaments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality services.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on customer demand.
- Certification from a reputable grooming school (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and manage heavy dogs temporarily.
