Job Description:
TheWisdomToothDoc is a stateoftheart facility providing the highest quality of care to our patients in a fun and friendly environment. We are an oral surgery office with uptodate technologies offering our patients the very best experience possible.
We are a fastgrowing office in which you will play a very important part as our collection specialist and you will help by resolving past due balances and collecting payments.
What you will do:
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify past due balances
- Contact patients with past due balances and attempt to either collect the past due balance or negotiate a payment plan to collect balance in installments
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with accounts as well as records of any payments collected
- Resolve issues concerning billing or insurance
- Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress
