Job Description
Seeking a fulltime Operations Administrator with a real estate license to join our growing team in Sugar Land TX US. We are in search of an individual who pays close attention to details and has a keen interest in understanding the intricacies of the real estate industry. Strong communication skills and effective time management are crucial as the role involves juggling various responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
- Coordinate all elements of events including marketing activities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations
- Monitor and order office supplies and manage office equipment
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings making travel arrangements and answering phones
- Guide and help with the onboarding of new employees
- Compile and maintain records and reports related to operations
- Ability to multitask between multiple roles and tasks
- Strategic thinking
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service
- Team focused
- High school diploma; Associates degree a plus
