Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and resultsdriven PreSales & Delivery Director to join our leadership team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the presales strategy and ensuring the seamless delivery of our solutions and driving customer satisfaction across key accounts. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills extensive experience in presales and delivery management and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle to shape our gotomarket approach and service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead presales efforts across various accounts acting as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and leadership team to develop tailored proposals solutions and strategies that address client needs and challenges.
  • Manage the endtoend presales process from solution design to pricing and proposal delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders acting as the primary escalation point for any deliveryrelated issues or concerns.
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Champion a customerfirst approach ensuring that all internal teams are aligned toward delivering superior customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor crossfunctional teams technical delivery teams and consultants to drive consistent delivery excellence.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency resource management and project within the delivery team.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of client solutions ensuring projects are completed on time. Manage project budgets forecasts and resource allocation to ensure profitable and efficient delivery of solutions.
  • Regularly report on the status of presales and delivery activities to leadership identifying risks opportunities and performance metrics.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends emerging technologies and new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 14 years of progressive experience in IT services or a related industry with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving presales initiatives and managing and growing an IT services business.
  • Strong expertise in customer engagement solution selling and project management methodologies.
  • Experience leading crossfunctional teams managing stakeholder relationships and driving highvalue sales and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proven track record of leading teams of professionals and driving engagement and positive culture.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to balance business needs and security risks.
