Developer Support Engineer
The Worldwide Response Center is looking for developers to help our customer succeed implementing our products.

As a developer support professional in the WRC:
- You manage the solution of complicated problems in complex technical environments.
- You will contribute to a smart cooperative problemsolving team that provides international support to realworld applications used by major organizations public and private.
- You will work with a range of technologies in the areas of objectoriented programming Web databases SQL high availability and performance.
- You own responsibility for solutions decide the plan of attack and are accountable for the results.
You will grow your career and build your value.

You need to have:
- Degree in hard Science Engineering or Computer Science.
- Programming experience.
- Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Experience with Unix/Linux or Windows environments a plus.
- After completing training for your role you will be required to participate in extended support coverage on a rotational basis. This will require you to work occasional weekend or evening hours. This additional time would be compensated.
