Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Director of Revenue Manager for a client in Southeast Florida.
The Work:
- Reservations Distribution and Revenue Management
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Provide daily weekly and monthly reporting
- Optimize and expand distribution partnerships
- Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships
- Travel 30
- Additional duties as required
What youve already done (requirements):
- 5 years of experience implementing revenue management operations procedures and best practices with an independent highend hotel as a Director of Revenue
- Experience managing a MidAtlantic territory
- Luxury hotel experience
- Bachelors degree
- A track record of successful leadership
- Developed interpersonal adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
- Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems
Compensation:
Yearly salary base range of $110k $125k
