Geriatrician Position Summary:

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCares highly respected innovative and supportive multidisciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the Bloomfield Connecticut area. You will join a wellestablished and comprehensive statewide Geriatric service providing 100 teambased Outpatient Geriatric care.

Role: 100 geriatric outpatient primary care and consultative services

Location: Bloomfield CT (Seabury) and a nearby Session space

Schedule: Fulltime weekdays only (parttime and flexible schedule options available)

Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Comp range: $240000 and incentives
