Used Car Sales Manager Job Description:
- Sales Managers manage train and direct the Sales Representatives team
- Must have experience with Wholesaling and Auctions
- Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
- Actively supports encourages and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
- Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm productivity and accountability.
- CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training lead and sales results are the focus.
- The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this SM position.
Sales Manager Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum of 2 years previous automotive sales management experience
- Steady work and performance history
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. a people person)
- Excellent appearance verbal/written communication strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be a strong closer
- Valid drivers license
