Job Description

Recruitment Professionals is seeking an experienced Residential
Conveyancer to join a wellestablished law firm in Chichester. This is an
excellent opportunity to work with a firm known for providing highquality
legal services.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied
caseload including:
Freehold purchases and sales
Leasehold transactions
Remortgages
Transfer of equity
New builds
Lease extensions and enfranchisement
Equity release (please indicate experience in your application)
The firm uses Redbrick case management software and full CQS and AML
training will be provided.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years PQE (Solicitor CLC or CILEx) in Residential
Conveyancing
The ability to manage a diverse client base including highnetworth
individuals and older clients
A proactive approach with strong IT and case management skills
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative
team
