Job Summary:
As a Field Recruiter Bulk Hiring Specialist you will be responsible for planning and executing lead generation activities to build a robust candidate pool/bench strength. Your primary focus will be on bulk hiring for various roles within the organization. You will actively engage with the local community leverage your knowledge of the local language and culture and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative strategies for lead generation and candidate sourcing to meet the companys bulk hiring requirements.
Build a strong candidate pool/bench strength through various channels including job fairs college campuses community events referrals and online platforms.
Engage in direct outreach to potential candidates through networking and relationshipbuilding activities.
Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates suitability for specific roles.
Collaborate closely with the HR team to understand the hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with the organizations goals.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience ensuring candidates are kept informed throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of the local job market industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
Organize and participate in job fairs career expos and other recruitment events to promote the companys brand and attract potential candidates.
Represent the company in a professional manner ensuring a positive image is conveyed to candidates and the local community.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment particularly in bulk hiring and mass recruitment.
Strong understanding of the local job market and cultural nuances of the region.
Fluent in the local language(s) to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding skills to attract potential candidates.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet aggressive recruitment targets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Flexible to travel as required for recruitment events and candidate outreach.
