Position: Senior Business Process Reengineering Specialist
Clearance: Top Secret
Hours: 8a5p Monday Friday except Government Holidays
Place of Performance: Ft Meade MD/Possibly Hybrid
Years of Experience: 8
Education/Certification Requirements: BS Engineering Management Information Systems or Related Technical Degree or 12 years of Experience; CISSP or related Certification.
Overview:
BCMC will develop enhance and sustain a Top Secret/SAP IT Enterprise via a hybrid cloud and onpremises solution with general and overarching performance requirements for operating and improving existing capabilities as well as researching prototyping and developing new technologies to achieve the Departments objectives. This requirement is key to achieving a vision of a productoriented program with improved user experience and agile delivery capability. This effort requires technical support for the systems and programs identified in the PWS as a result of technology refresh insertions and/or development.
Specific Tasks:
- Specialized experience may include facilitation training methodology development and evaluation process reengineering across all phases identifying best practices change management business management techniques organizational development activity and data modeling information system development methods and practices or the supervision of other business process reengineering specialists.
- Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles of best practices to conduct process modernization projects including applicable trade studies.
- Activity and data modeling.
- Developing modern business methods.
- Identifying best practices.
- Creating and assessing performance measurements.
- Environmental & Resource analysis.
- Strategy and goal formulation.
- Strategy evaluation and control.
- Provides group facilitation interviewing training and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
