Position Summary
Guggenheim Securities Information Management (GSIM) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our Microsoft Azure Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent project management skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering cloudbased solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex projects coordinate crossfunctional teams and ensure the successful implementation of Azure cloud solutions.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead and manage endtoend project delivery for Microsoft Azure Cloud projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets and track project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers engineers architects and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and security requirements for cloudbased solutions.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders and facilitate project meetings and presentations.
- Manage project resources including internal team members and external vendors to ensure optimal project performance.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on Microsoft Azure Cloud projects.
- Strong technical background with handson experience in cloud computing specifically with Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex cloudbased projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture infrastructure and security best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Azure certifications are highly desirable.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field (masters degree preferred).
- 4 years of relevant experience.
Work Location
- Currently this role is expected to be in the New York office Tuesday Thursday.
Salary
- Annual base salary between $130000 $150000.
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
