Job Description
Quantity Surveyor London Residential 70000
Our client is looking to add to their very experienced commercial team an intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
The ideal candidate must have strong commercial acumen and come from a residential commercial background. With a turnover of almost 50 million and an exceptional order book for the next 12 months or client will offer the successful candidate exposure to some very high end bespoke projects.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
Managing final accounts
Pricing variations
Producing BOQs
Assessing sub contractor works
Procurement
Processing invoices
Authorising payments
Quantity Surveyor Key Experience:
Residential project knowledge
Knowledge and understanding for various packages
Ability to make profit on projects
On offer is a salary of up to 70000 plus car allowance and career progression.
