Spero Healthcare Innovations is a company that specializes in creating emergency management software for ambulance services and other emergency providers. The software SPERO EMS is designed to be customizable userfriendly and environmentally conscious. The company also provides home healthcare support services with a team of trained professionals and medical resources that offer personalized care to patients.
We are looking for a GIS Developer to join our team and work on exciting and challenging analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GIS principles and technologies as well as experience with Python and SQL database programming.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain GIS applications and tools for analytics projects
- Work with geospatial data to perform complex analysis and create data visualizations
- Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to develop and implement analytics solutions
- Build and manage GIS databases
- Automate GIS tasks using Python and SQL
- Stay uptodate on the latest GIS technologies and trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Geography Geospatial Science or a related field
- 1 years of experience in GIS development
- Experience with Python and SQL database programming
- Experience with ArcGIS or another GIS software packages
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
