This dynamic role offers ongoing part time work with an immediate start and a period of full time parental leave cover from May to September 2025.
Whats on Offer
PartTime Role: 2 days per week 15 hours
FullTime Parental Leave Cover: 5 months (May 2025 September 2025
Ongoing PartTime: Return to parttime hours following the maternity leave period.
What Youll Be Doing
As an NDIS Support Coordinator youll be the goto person for participants navigating their NDIS journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
Goal Getter Extraordinaire: Work alongside participants to achieve their personal goals outlined in their NDIS plans.
Capacity Building Coach: Use your coaching magic to empower participants to build their independence.
Communication Pro: Maintain regular contact with participants (monthly inperson fortnightly via phone/email).
Budget Guru: Manage participant budgets to ensure supports align with their daily needs and longterm aspirations.
Problem Solver: Provide crisis support and ensure seamless communication with participants families and providers.
Networking Champ: Keep uptodate with local services to connect participants with the right resources.
Team Player: Organise and lead care team meetings ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
