Job Description:We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer to join our data team. You will work with softwareengineers data analytics engineers and stakeholders across the company to deliver datainsights that create material impacts for our business and customers.
What Youll Be Doing:
Develop datadriven solutions to critical business problems by leveraging our datawarehouse analytics tools and scripting languages.
Partner with stakeholders throughout the company to drive improved business results intheir areas by providing creative technical solutions to their most pressing businesschallenges.
Translate quantitative analyses and findings into clear visuals written documentationand other data assets for business end users.
Provide suggestions for improving the reliability ease of use and performance of theData Teams technical infrastructure.
Form strong relationships with your team and refine our best practices e.g. namingconvention data modeling and data quality testing.
Enable users across the organization to selfserve requests using our explorable datasets

Requirements
Skills & Experience
68 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst Data Scientist AnalyticsEngineer or similar.
A Bachelors degree in a technical field (Computer Science Physics Math Economicsetc)
Experience in Data Engineering tooling: collection cleaning transformation ingestionstorage publishing
Demonstrable experience working with data in Snowflake or similar SQLbasedanalytics warehouse
Demonstrable experience with creating and maintaining data models in dbt
Demonstrable experience with creating data visualizations and readymade datasets inPowerBI or other similar tools
Demonstrable experience in running queries in relational DB as well as document DBlike Mongo Postgres Sql Server and Cosmos DB
A curious and growthoriented mindset towards learning and teaching.
Familiarity with version control systems CI/CD practices testing
Experience with data discovery lineage data governance data orchestration dataquality metrics measurement is plus
Ability to define and iterate on analytics project requirements with both technical andbusiness partners
An ability to balance humility with rigorous standards for work quality
