The Job: Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts Western Region the Major Gifts Officer Southern California is responsible for the identification cultivation solicitation and stewardship of major gift prospects and existing donors. The MGO nurtures these relationships using professional prospect management techniques and works collaboratively and in coordination with colleagues across the Center for Reproductive Rights to provide donors with an outstanding philanthropic experience. The MGO also serves as the fundraising lead and primary liaison for the volunteer host committee of the annual Los Angeles Benefit.
This position will be based remotely in Los Angeles. Covid19 Vaccination is required for all employees of the Center.

Compensation: The annual salary for this position is $150000. This salary is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles California. This salary will be subject to a locality adjustment if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting. Note that most of the salaries listed on our job postings reflect New York NY salaries where our National offices are headquartered.
Union Status:This position is not covered by a Center Union.
FLSA Exempt Status:This is an exempt position.
