We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Pharmacist with community/outpatient experience to join our esteemed client in Milton Keynes. This role requires working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment where your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of pharmaceutical care which is critical for accurate patient treatment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will accurately dispense medications and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will provide expert advice on drug therapy and medication management manage medication inventories and ensure the safe storage of pharmaceuticals. Additionally you will conduct medication reviews and identify potential drug interactions educate patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services. You will also maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and effectively during your shifts.
