Job Description
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a reputable bank in Iowa in their search for an Ag Loan Officer. This financial institution is dedicated to serving the agricultural community and supporting the financial needs of farmers and agribusinesses across the Agricultural Loan Officer will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with agricultural clients assessing their financial needs and providing customized lending solutions to support their operations and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance agricultural business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural lending within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural lending products credit analysis and underwriting principles.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with agricultural clients.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
