Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) Luxury Care Home

22 per hour Night Shifts FullTime

Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship

Our client a wellestablished luxury care home is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their night team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nursing professional who is passionate about delivering highquality care to older adults including those with residential nursing and dementia care needs.

As a Staff Nurse you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to residents throughout the night. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will contribute to a safe nurturing and personcentred environment where residents can thrive.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • A passion for providing outstanding care to older adults.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to the needs of a dynamic care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality nursing care to residents with varying needs including dementia and complex health conditions.
  • Administer medications monitor health conditions and respond promptly to any changes in residents wellbeing.
  • Lead and support care teams to ensure a compassionate and effective approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate care records in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
