Job Description
- Developing and executing New sourcing strategies
- Strategic Thinking & Planning
- Strong recruitment & Strategic Knowledge
- Excellent Communication & negoitation Skills
- Identifying cost savings through negotiations event driven activities and alternate sourcing strategies to achieve assigned cost saving goals
Supporting the Team for Full fulling the Requritmet - If applicable managing the teams objective setting performance career growth training and competency development
- Profiency in Recruitment & Ats Software
- Deep understanding of strategic sourcing methods and approaches and an ability to apply various concepts to categorylevel activities at the client
- Result oriented on focused on acheving goals
- Stong Head Hunting
- Ability to determine the appropriate procurement strategy for assigned categories and business requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Skills Required
- 23 years of work experience in Recruitment
