The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Trainer and Business Improvement Specialist to play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Advancement team by overseeing the use and continuous improvement of the UniCRM Engage database on Salesforce. This position ensures highquality data management promotes best practices and drives business improvements that align with the Universitys Impact 2030 strategic plan ultimately supporting alumni and donor engagement.
As the Senior Trainer and Business Improvement Specialist you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data management procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. You will monitor data standards identify noncompliance and work with users to resolve issues through training and collaboration. This role will also drive business improvements by using insights from audits and dashboards while coordinating a comprehensive training program to empower staff to effectively use UniCRM Engage.
About You
As the successful incumbent you will bring a strong background in training coaching and your understanding of alumni engagement and philanthropy activities in a Higher Education context and strong skills using CRM databases and/or customer relationship management systems including Salesforce.
Your demonstrated experience in analysing data and reports to show insights in performance and design business process improvement as well as your extensive experience developing training programs and materials will ensure your success in this position.
