Job Description:
We are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage providing accurate estimates for repairs and working closely with customers insurance companies and our repair team to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers explaining the repair process and costs.
- Work closely with insurance companies to process claims and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry repair standards and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive estimating or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. CCC ONE Mitchell) is a plus.
- Valid drivers license.
