Job Description

Our 1950s diner is set with a beautiful chrome exterior classic cars vintage retail shop and an interior themed to match. Leave your worries at the door and let us take you back to a special moment in American history.
The Busser is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. They will remove dishes utensils glassware and paper products from tables and dining areas. Delivers dishes and utensils to dishwasher for cleaning. Empties food and paper waste to trash. Arranges table and chairs upon guests departure. Sweeps around and under each table/chair upon guest departure. Cleans highchairs and booster seats. Cleans handrails and steps on a regular basis. Ensures areas are free of hazards.
