You would act as a NOC Operations Expert for our 24/7 global team focused on improving operations through rapid solution deployment smooth daily management and continuous optimization to guarantee maximum performance and uptime in missioncritical environments.

As a NOC Operations Expert your responsibilities will include:
- Deploy operate and optimize Fortinet cybersecurity solutions to ensure that security measures align with Fortinets recommended practices and perform optimally.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and security concerns while evaluating potential risks to their data software and hardware infrastructure.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of customers business operations and technological needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Own service requests ensuring their prompt and efficient within designated SLAs.
- Monitor performance capacity and security threats for managed devices.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide corrective actions to restore operations.
- Implement and execute defensive strategies to address cybersecurity breaches and events safeguarding critical information assets data repositories and system infrastructure.
- Produce regular reports to summarize service activity and performance.
- Develop core competency on Fortinets product line and technologies with a primary focus on FortiGate FortiManager and LAN Edge devices.
We are looking for:
- Strong understanding of data networking protocols specifically TCP/IP routing and switching
- Good troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Handson sys admin experience on security products and technologies (e.g. Firewalls IDS/IPS SDWAN VPN ZTNA)
- Previous experience on Fortinet products is an advantage
- The role involves working in the office 35 days per week with a shift schedule that includes regular weekend work.
- Effective and clear communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Positive customeroriented attitude
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Network Operations Center
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- Fortinet certification FCPFCSS a distinct advantage
